Great Ideas Cyprus offers specialised training seminars based on quality customer service experience. The aim is to customise each company’s needs, based on effective customer service knowledge and skills, complaints and staff development strategies for its growth.
Great Ideas Cyprus offers practical customer service seminars subsidized by HRDA for different companies and/or individual clients.

As soon as we receive your registration form, we will contact you to finalise the registration process by sending you the official forms to fill out. For more information, please check out our seminars section.
Seminars that are subsidized by HRDA, can be attended by individuals from private companies, semi-state organisations and community authorities. For a person to be able to claim the HRDA subsidy, his/her employer must pay his/her social insurance taxes. Self-employed persons, pensioners or government personnel may attend the seminars, but will not be entitled to the subsidy.
To confirm your participation in the seminars you will have to complete the payment before the day (or commencement) of the seminar.
Upon completion of the seminar, a certificate of attendance will be issued to all participants.
